Director of Training, Assam Administrative Staff College, Khanapara, Guwahati-22 has issued a notice regarding written examination date and admit card for the recruitment for the post of Junior Account Assistant (contractual).
All the valid candidates who have applied for the post of Junior Account Assistant (contractual) in response to the Advertisement No. AASC(AE) 15/2009/11 published on 21st of February, 2019 it is to inform you all that the selection test will be held on 15-09-2019 (Sunday) at the Administrative Building of Assam Administrative Staff College as per the schedule given below:
1. Written Test on Accounts
Marks: 50
Duration: 90 Mins
2. Computer proficiency test (including test on Tally software)
Marks: 50
Duration: 90 Mins
Examination Date: 15-09-2019 (Sunday), 10 AM
Reporting Time: 08:30 AM
Venue: Administrative Building, Assam Administrative Staff College .
The list of valid candidates is available in the AASC website www.aasc.gov.in.
The call letters sent to the candidates by post/e-mail may be treated as the ADMIT CARD for the test. Candidates are requested to carry with them their call letter or printed copy of their e-mailed call letter to the test centre.
Any candidate who do not receive their call letter either by post or by e-mail are requested to collect a copy of the same at AASC. Khanapara on 13/9/2019 (Friday) after producing a valid identity proof.
