On a Facebook post, today he announced that all eligible online mutual transfer applications (state pool with state pool or ssa contractual with another ssa contractual ) will be allowed by the end of this month, i.e., September 2019. Necessary orders will be issued shortly.
Regarding offline applications, he said that off line eligible mutual transfer prayers will be taken up only after the completion of online mutual transfer applications.
Similarly, other pending transfer prayers will be decided in a phased manner .
